Peter’s work has taken him to some of the more far flung destinations. A trip around the Eastern Peninsula of Newfoundland with renowned chef Jeremy Charles, a hotel in a remote valley in the foothills of the Sierra Madre de Oaxaca, a fly fishing lodge only accessible by seaplane in Northern Labrador, and the ancient grandeur of the Yorkshire Dales where he grew up.
